What a scathing review i must say, anyway thats not my business now…
Farouk Ahmed is what a typical Nigerian civil servant represents vindictive, greedy, wicked and most times propelled by personal interest, they hardly understand damages their actions or inactions cause to both country and businesses. A typical Nigeria civil servant does not know loss in business all they know is profit, to them everything is profit even when a business owner is bleeding to death the blood to them is champagne from profit celebration.But meet them years down the line when they are out of that position that dead part of their brain that couldn't recognise loss becomes widely alive.
Until we drain the swamp of civil service and government i don't see progress, everybody's headache should be how do we make government unattractive such that it attracts genuine people that will altruisticly work there.

Lets pass the unexplained wealth bill.

Once a jet and a yacht were bought without prerequisite approval; a whooping $25b spent without a single refinery to show for it; banditry, terrorism, kidnapping turned into a booming industry; kleptomania turned to state policy that it makes no fuss when a public officer pays $5m for kids in a creche? Don't waste your energy groaning over or be distracted by this! Farouk Ahmed like Farouk Lawan before him will come out of this with his "bruised" ego burnished! Damn the gote!
