What should bother you and every true Nigerian is the fate of innocent citizens targeted by mainly Muslim criminals. What should also bother you is the failure of our govts to protect the victims. Otherwise, every terrorist masquerading as a nomad should not be allowed by the govt to openly terrorize targeted communities with banned assault weapons of mass destruction. But when Muslim criminals massacre Christians in larger scales and in more barbaric fashion, it is treated as no big deal. That, Sir, more than Trump threatening terrorists, should outrage you.

Would a sitting president dare to admonish mourning Muslim communities to accommodate those killing them in cold blood? This habit of trying to make a false equivalence of innocent Muslims being also killed does not change the fact that Muslim terrorists are killing innocent Christians. Has Nigeria ever had a history of Christians committing such barbaric acts against innocent Muslims and in such large scale consistently? There are poor and unspeakably poor Christians, who are equally affected by climate change and poor economy. They don't take it out on innocent Muslims.

Please stop the official lies. Many democratic societies owe their survival and, therefore, their progress partly to objective press that holds their political and other leaderships accountable without undermining the sovereignty of their nations. Objective investigative journalism is an act of patriotism. A bit of it will not hurt Nigeria.
