Exactly! To each his own!
One is ready to be buried with his moral burden because he has no moral scruples, and he has the institutions at his disposal. The other, perhaps, a novice or petty thief, knows the only way to restoration is penitence. But only a prosecution of Mr Nnaji will bring this saga to its logical end. Unless he’s been granted amnesty by Al-Capone even before the trials begin? Nothing is beyond this snatch and grab Emperor.

The main challenge here is that this will devolve to a back and forth that will not be useful. The facts are as follows:

(1) Mr. Nnaji accepted that he presented a forged certificate
(2) No one has shown PBAT's certificate was fake despite all their exertions during the last elections.

(1) and (2) are not the same thing. But to each their own.

I hope that Dr. Dee will stand straight enough to take this discussion with you on BAT and his minister to a logical conclusion.

Now to the two thieves caught red-handed. One was penitent enough to admit he was a thief and resigned his position even without waiting to go through the legal proceedings. But we demand the law takes its full course unlike those who aided the escape of Kemi Adeosun.

The other thief egged on by a shameless hypocritical mob refused to accept he was a thief and went on to block the release of any indicting documents that would have been made available to the prosecutors because he has captured the state and its institutions.

Between the two thieves who stands on 'high moral pedestal', Mr Delusional? As Jeffery Archer wrote in his novel, HONOR AMONG THIEVES, it is a mark of dishonor for the Kingpin, Al-Paccino, to accept a resignation from a fraudster he mentored even while maintaining the holier than thou stance.

What is left for the Drug Lord is to show he has at least some modicum of honor left in him by resigning honourably. There must be honor among thieves. That is the irreducible minimum! Until then……!!!!

Let us assume PBAT forged his certificates–that viewpoint is borderline delusional to me–but to each their own.

@the masked one et al. have been condemning PBAT for this clearly unfounded allegation for a long time. Now, a person with the name Uche Nnaji has clearly forged a certificate. And all we get is oh…he did it because his principal is the same way. If you feel so strongly about certificate forgery, why don't you condemn all instances of certificate forgery?

Mr Nnaji is not a scape goat. He forged his BS certificate and if one accepts newspaper reports, he accepted that his certificate was forged. That is worthy of condemnation.

I am not sure what your point of view is but who are the "you people" you are referring to? Are they not fellow compatriots? or at worst, neighbors you would have to deal with if Nigeria disintegrates?

Even as we speak, Nigerian students are the best graduate students in the English speaking world. Why? because the ones that make it to reputable graduate schools can learn and apply any subject under the sun and most importantly, can summarize results/write journal articles with minimal supervision.

You not hiring Nigerian students is your own particular affectation and not a general thing. You might want to ask yourself why this is the case.

Must every issue be tribalized by you people. If a goat thief is from una ethnic group and was caught, it is because of the tribe. Even me, I am not comfortable with certificate presented by you people. Anyway, certificate is ceremonial paper in USA, we only need your grade from year 1 to graduation. The reason why I never hired any Nigeria degree holder into my group is because of number of years they spent in university for a four-year course and also poor grade of key courses.

Nnaji has resigned just as I rightly foretold he'll be made the scapegoat, and his mentor president, the Al Capone, shamelessly accepted his resignation

When will Nnaji's mentor – a drug lord president of questionable background, age and schools attended/certificates obtained/ years, resign? Let's know who is playing tribe? Let's know the grand hypocrite here??

FYI, it was Gov Mbah of the same Enugu as Nnaji that squealed on Nnaji's fake certificate. Can any Afonja scion do this??

No principles to uphold here (same with Arise news)–I guess condemning certificate forgery depends on the tribe of the perp. Just like your masked friend.

It should be pursued to a very conclusive end. The guy could have done an abracadabra.

This guys and his cohorts should be deported from this country – they are so hate-filled and stupid with their narratives about Nigeria! In the case of LSG vs FGN on creation of 33 LGCs, the supreme court ruled in favour LSG but with the verdict that the process was INCOHATE.
Nnaji is a graduate of UNN's incohate process, shikenna!!! Nothing spoil, period. The VC and Registrar are just feeding Nigerians with academic comedy 😃

It shows that such an individual has the capacity to do the job. It’s odd not to have that certificate and then say you have it when you really don’t. Integrity matters.

This situation is worrisome because some of those people in the leadership position should live by showing good examples. These people should use words that the common man can understand, so did Mr. Uche Nnaji complete his university education or not? How did he get his NYSC certificate without completing a degree program. I believe that Mr. Nnaji's case is more than what we read from our dailies. If Nigerians love this country, they must all come out and let the truth be told.

The scapegoat in the orgy of certificate forgery and racketeering that has become our way of life. If as this author had the temerity to admit that we have had presidents who did not even know the schools they claimed to have attended?
And Presidents for whom political associates had to manufacture stories and parade themselves as schoolmates?
Be shamed if you don't know the president(s)!

President Tinubu is too busy to worry about certificates, a controversy he is all too familiar with? Sill guessing who the president(s) is?

Then, why the balablu blubala of an 'apprentice fraud' Minister who had to borrow a leaf from his Oga patapata? Second base, jare! (Apologies, Jimi Disu).

Abati, the current price of cooking gas should engage your time rather than throwing stones forgetting we all live in glass houses, tinted or not. BTW who was that journalist that rebuked a young reporter for not addressing him as DOCTOR? Look in the mirror, ABATI!!!
