They are the people who continue to trample on decency everywhere, by ignoring the youth and failing to hold back their ambition to plan for the future of youth. Many of them are already old and they are rich enough to, buying houses all over the world where space is available. Most Nigerians are fond of thinking water will somehow find its level for the children of others while they spend millions in dollars belonging to Nigeria to ensure their own children are among the best in the world. At the end of the day what are we really looking for ? Is it not food clothing and shelter? All those resources we hoard especially as public officers does it make them feel great and better than others? Finally, with all the money people steal they will discover that indeed all about life begins and end with ensuring that life’s basic necessities are all we need, both for the poor and the rich. How come Nigerian rich have not discovered how to structure the country in a way that the three basic necessities are not luxury that most Nigerians think it is? Once you fulfil that aspect of human needs you discover that poverty and anxiety among the youth that bring about the disastrous suicidal outcomes will just go down, or disappear altogether.

Let us take Senator Natasha's case as an example. She was suspended from the Senate for six months and appealed her suspension. While her appeal was still pending, she finished serving her six months suspension from the senate. Now the national assembly are arguing that despite the fact that Senator Natasha has completed her six months suspension, she cannot resume in the senate, because her appeal is still pending, and the case is sub judice

Can you imagine that type of reasoning. No wonder Nigerian lawyers repeatedly lose cases in international arbitration. So what the Senate is telling Nigerians is that if someone is sentenced to prison for six years for say, drug trafficking, and they appeal their conviction, and while their appeal is pending they serve their full six years, they will not be released from prison because their appeal is still pending and their case is sub judice. In other words, they will remain in prison for as long as their appeal is pending. Even if it takes 10 more years

It does not make sense at all. For all of our sanity, the Nigerian Senate should reinstate Senator Natasha and call it a day, because she has served her time, regardless of whether her appeal is still pending.

All available factors and indices of our society aligns with that of an environment that engenders depression and breeds mental health diseases enough to trigger insanity in a large segment of the society .

Tbh, the Nigerian situation ought to be a study in human resilience in the face of daunting self inflicted and man made adversities .

I suppose it's time the illegitime PBAT administration and state governments seriously consider new policies and procedures to approach the rising cases of depression and consequential increase in the number of mental health patients in the country.

The lack of electricity, noise pollution, heat, hunger and general lack and etc has made most Nigeria crazy. You can attest to this by just observing them speak or even act.
