When students are kept busy, involved in research, have good learning environment they tend to be involved less with iberibe. It's a social experiment let's see what comes out of the ife experiment, will it lead to better products, will they just be well dressed but unable to contribute to national development.
Who determines who is wearing heavy makeup etc. But if a council that has a representative of the minister of education, and a chairman who is most likely a professor allows such to fly, with a VC and his deputies and the college provost then that is Ife,'s real level of development.
