All is set for the unveiling of Emrald Haven along the fast-growing Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos State, by Meritabode Nigeria Limited on Tuesday, April 29.

Speaking at a press briefing to announce the launch, Meritabode CEO, Oludotun Oseni, described Emerald Haven as the result of over 13 years of industry experience and a direct response to the growing demand for well-structured, inclusive communities in Lagos.

Oseni said: “Emerald Haven is not just another estate—it’s a bridge between the rich and the poor, designed to accommodate everyone.
