If the Military's intentions, whatever they are let out, what do they expect the enemies to do? The Military are only supposed to be seen when they are in outdoor activity, passing through in their vehicles from one end to another and in actions.

How often do we see, especially, those people in the western world, let alone their Military, boasting openly about their threat rather than in actions?

If you are going to hunt a prey and at the sometime making noise, of course, the prey will run away before you are in a position to strike. Although it is not the Military’s fault, but the elected, that those who cause insecurity in the country are still waxing stronger but for the way we approach issues in general.
