They only have TECHNOLOGY BLUEPRINT TO SELL to Nigeriawide and the Black African Countries and NOTHING MORE.

This paltry amount of $420m for all African countries which is not even enough for one country is a message to African leaders and the rich people of Africa that it is not the G7 countries' responsibility to develop Africa continent. The responsibility is yours. That business is not a charity. They only invest where they can rip bountifully.

Are today African leaders bold enough, clean enough to tell the G7 countries’ leaders to keep their paltry fund of $420m, which is even a pledge, that may not be realised? Shall each Africa country able to confront the devils in their home that inhibit their development and advancement?

If they do not know, these devils are primarily election rigging and miscarriage of justice which uphold the rigged election. These pave the way for the wrong people to be in charge of the country. If you have the right and honest people as leaders and in Government and you have laws with justice you will have a country, truly independent and self-sustainable country.
