With Federal allocation, 13% derivatives, Loans, Taxes etc still yet Delta state is still backward. If Okowa cannot perform with all these monies, which magic are we expecting at the federal level. Okowa should point to projects he did like Wike since he became Delta state Gov. Only foolish southerners will vote for Atiku/Okowa.
