Hi Mr. Lubama, Your response is fairly correct, but I don’t believe that the way democracy is practiced in Nigeria is the way democracy is supposed to be practiced in any country. No president should interfere with the will of the people, but to come to think about it, did the CJN, , I mean the Chief Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria play by the set down rules of the game? Did he declare his assets per existent rules or was he playing along with Bukola Saraki, Godswill Akpabio, Dino Melaye, Fayose and many others in the corridors of power who are bent on truncating our nascent democracy. I can agree with you if we can have a new breed of politicians who are going to be voted in to man the governance of the country.. The lesser of two evils is Buhari because Atiku is corrupt to the tooth. With Buhari’s policies, the wind of change is blowing from the Atlantic Ocean to the Sahara Desert and beyond and Nigerians must vote for a president they know and trust and not the one they do not know his source wealth. Atitu was a staff at the Nigeria customs and excise and I am wondering if the salary he made as a comptroller in the customs was the sole source of his wealth. These issues are what we should be grappling with because the fish rots from the head down..

If the Chief Justice found his integrity is questioned, even for an error of judgement, or a mistake, he should show decency and resign. Obviously our system is pointedly flawed to appoint someone Chief Justice whose character and Integrity were not properly assessed beforehand. The most worrisome for me are the South South Governors throwing up ethnicity concerns and the lawyers (including so called SAN) ganging up and abandoning their professional ethics about sanctity of the Law. All of those involved in the gang up should be ashamed of themselves as they have brought their profession into disrepute as Half- learned men. It is a national disgrace.

What do you know about Nigeria laws: Do you not realize that those who sidetrack the Rule Of Law are more corrupt and dangerously putting the lives of their citizens at risk. You leave in another man’s land and screaming no hope for this country. The people you think are holy are playing on your ignorance, this action is about rigging the February election and staying in power at all costs. The man standing as the obstacle to the plan is the CJN. There is NO “our Son Toga”.
It is about defending democracy. In a democracy, you follow the laid down rules not side tracking the laid down rules for selfish ends. Those are the corrupt people.

Do you know what is called due process and fair hearing?. A man that has been at the Supreme Court for years as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court and then made Chief Justices of the Nigeria Supreme Court, though not by PMB. Next month is election, all of a sudden, you by pass the laid down constitutional rules of handling such matter, you are trying to remove the man because the election is around the corner, you want to put someone thru whom you can be favored. It is a very dangerous game this government is playing. Nigerians have resolved to vote them out.

Nigerians must be weary in this type of declaration because a rouge,a robber, a looter is a thief, a rouge and a robber. Unless no crime was committed by the CJN, this man should be prosecuted for the crime he has been accused of. These groups of people are in the cabals in the country and they are bent on causing confusion in the country. The Nigerian security personnel must be up and doing to prevent these lawyers from breaking the peace in the country and they must not be allowed entry at the court complex when this trial is going on.
